Our standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready, shipping times will depend on your location. Within New Zealand, orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that custom orders may take slightly longer depending on complexity.

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly accept returns. To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us.
